EzMove’s Redline 2025 Debut
First Time at Redline, And We Loved It
Last month, we jumped into Redline for the first time and got a real taste of the CrossFit grind. We’re usually in our marathon/duathlon/triathlon lane, so this was a totally different vibe. Loud, high-energy, and full of that gritty, no-quit kind of spirit! It’s eye-opening!
As always, it's always fun to see familiar faces. Especially when we had no idea they’d be here too! and we love it every time!

Here’s Ray! Met him at PowerMan 2025 and surprised to see him here too. Always inspiring.
Of course, we had front-row seats to some insane feats of strength and endurance. Watching people push past their limits right in front of you is ridiculously inspiring.
In between all that action, we still caught up with people about training, recovery, and how to keep joints in one piece when you’re smashing through workouts like this. And basically our takeaway is, Staying strong isn’t just about lifting heavier, it’s also about looking after your body so you can keep going.
We left with sore cheeks from all the smiling, sore throats from shouting over the music (just to talk to you all), and a fresh dose of motivation.
